In recovery


Oh sickness. I've avoided it for almost a year now and it chooses to pick on me when Micah's in another country. Reason why I've been so absent lately is due to this yucky sinus infection that started up earlier this week. I've literally been bed ridden with zero appetite or energy to do squat except an occasional trip to the potty and move my fingers enough to turn on the next episode of Supernatural (my husband got me hooked). Luckily, I believe it's starting to go away! So today I'm trying to get back to my normal self before my week starts back. 

Some things that almost always makes me feel better when I'm sick is:

Rest
Wildflowers
Lemon-Lime Gatorade
Carrots
My favorite TV show
Hot showers/baths
Fruit juice
and of course the obvious,
Chicken Noodle Soup

What helps you feel better when you're sick?
